The One Metric
Every family counts equally on this board — the amount is never shown, only participation.
If 500 families give $168 a month for 4 years, we can build this with minimal debt. That’s it. That’s the whole plan.

Answers to the questions we hear most.
Over 20 years that's $1.6M spent on something we will never own. We don't control the dates, we can't grow, we can't host other churches, and we have no home. Owning means the money stays in the ministry instead of leaving it.
Land was $1.7M. The rest is infrastructure (road, water, septic), buildings, and finish work. Full breakdown in the phases section. Every number is an estimate and we'll update them as we get real bids.

Yes. But monthly is what makes this work. It's predictable and it lets us plan.
